  • Time remaining before departure
  • Special conditions such as medical emergencies

3. Date Changes

Date changes are processed based on airline rules and require paying any applicable fare difference + airline change fee.

4. Airline-Initiated Changes

If the airline cancels or reschedules your flight, we assist you in securing alternative options as permitted by the airline policy.

5. Service Fees

BookingChronicles may charge a small service fee for handling cancellations, changes, or rebooking requests.

6. Processing Time

Refunds typically take 7–21 business days depending on the airline’s processing timeline.
